Documentation aid — not a diagnostic device. The generated report is a draft: its Findings and Impression are drafted mechanically from the entered scores (some of which may be unvalidated AI suggestions), not from an independent read of the images. The interpreting physician must review the images, edit the report, and sign it before it is used for patient care or entered into the medical record.

Everything here — saved patients, their scans, and surgery videos — lives only in this browser, on this computer. To move it to another computer: Export here, copy the downloaded file over (USB drive, email, cloud folder), then open this app there and Import it.

This is optional. If you don't have a PACS server, just close this and use "Files" / "Folder" in the toolbar, or drag & drop DICOM files onto the viewport instead.

This connects over DICOMweb (QIDO-RS / WADO-RS), not classic DICOM C-FIND/C-MOVE. Your PACS admin needs to give you the QIDO-RS/WADO-RS base URL(s), enable CORS for this app's origin on the PACS/gateway, and provide credentials if required. Nothing here works until that's configured on their end.
